Abi's festive yoghurt bark

Ingredients
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
2 cup(s), (480g)
Sugar-free maple syrup
3 tbs
Fresh berries
1 cup(s), (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), (160g)
Pomegranate
⅓ cup(s), fresh seeds, (60g)
Kiwifruit
2 medium, fresh, skin removed, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine yoghurt and maple syrup.

Line a shallow baking tray with baking paper (wax side up). Spoon yoghurt mixture onto baking paper and smooth out to an even thickness using a spatula.

Top yoghurt with fresh fruit.

Freeze until yoghurt is nice and firm (about 4 hours).

Lift from pan (using edges of baking paper) and transfer to a cutting board. Cut or break yoghurt up into small bark pieces.
