3 tsp Bertolli Extra virgin olive oil
4 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, pepper and a s
1 serving(s) NP whole wheat rotini, boil pasta according to directions on box
1/2 cup(s) grape tomatoes, cut in halves
1/2 cup(s) uncooked asparagus, chop half a dozen or so asparagus stalks
6 item(s) uncooked baby carrots, chop half a dozen or so into sticks
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- saute chicken breast in skillet over medium heat. start water for pasta. once chicken is done, remove from skillet and saute garlic and all veggies except the tomatoes in 2 tsp olive oil. Once veggies are cooked, add tomatoes, chicken and a scoop of pasta water to create broth. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. Toss with pasta.
