  • 1 cup(s) non-fat instant dry powdered milk   
  • 1 cup(s) non dairy powdered creamer   
  • 16 serving(s) Sugar Free Coffee Mate French vanilla creamer   
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened instant tea powder   
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) SPLENDA® Splenda sugar blend for baking   
  • 2 tsp ground ginger   
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon   
  • 1 tsp ground cloves   
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom   
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg   
  • 1 tsp ground allspice   
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper   
  • 16 cup(s) 2% reduced fat milk   


  • In a large bowl, cobinde milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, nutmeg, allspice and white pepper. In a blender or a food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve. Stir 2 heaping tablespoons of Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water or 2% milk. NOTE: You may choose to omit the French vanilla creamer, and use 2 tsp vanilla extract instead. To do so, mix the vanilla into the sugar, let it dry, then break the sugar into small lumps. Follow the same procedure as above. This recipe includes 16 cups of 2%milk since it makes 16 servings so you get the correct point value
