To Cancel Weight Watchers Online/eTools/Monthly Pass

Cancel your account automatically on site. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to cancel your account. You will need your user name and password for our automated cancellation and your request will be processed immediately.

We have alternative methods to request cancellation, but these take a bit more time. If you prefer, you may e-mail your request for cancellation or print a cancellation form and send it to us via US Mail.

Please note that these options may take up to two weeks to process from receipt. Refunds will always be based on the day your cancellation request was submitted.
