Can I switch to Weight Watchers eTools?
Current Weight Watchers® Online subscribers who attend Weight Watchers meetings can switch to Weight Watchers eTools.
The first step is obtaining a valid Weight Watchers eTools access code from your weekly meetings location or by faxing or mailing us a signed and dated photocopy of your member book (DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL). Once we've validated your membership, we will send your unique Weight Watchers eTools access code to the e-mail address you provide.
Be sure to include:
- First and last name
- Daytime phone number
- Home zip code
- Valid e-mail address
- Date of your last Weight Watchers meeting
- Stamp that shows you’ve attended a meeting within the last two weeks
