Why I WW: I've struggled to maintain my weight my entire adult life. After having 4 babies in 5 years, I was at my heaviest and struggling with my confidence. I joined Weight Watchers, committed to going to my workshop and weighing in each week, tracked my meals, and ditched the all-or-nothing mindset - and lost 60 pounds! Since then, I've had ups and downs and now use a GLP-1 medication in tandem with behavior change to maintain my weight. My weight is something I'm never not going to be able to think about, so I'm passionate about finding ways to make the journey livable and enjoyable.

My Non-Negotiables: Moving my body! It might be a walk with my dog Indy, an upbeat cycling class, or watching my favorite reality show on the treadmill. Movement creates momentum!

My Go-To Strategy: I will never eat something that is not worth the Points! I pre-track and fit the foods I love into my day. If I have an accident and dive into a container of dip, I make my next choice one that puts me in the driver seat of my journey.

My Vibe: I'm all about connection. I love getting to know my members so I can coach them in a way that feels helpful to them! I can coach with a little bit of tough love (heavier on the love though), but it's only because I want you to know that you can do hard things, and you are worth the effort!

If you want something to change, then you have to make the change (and you've got this!).
