Am I eligible for WeightWatchers?

With UnitedHealthcare, WeightWatchers brings you a program to help you lose weight and build healthy habits one small step at a time. Based on your insurance coverage, you may be eligible to sign up.  You will need your UHC member ID information to confirm eligibility.

What is the cost of WeightWatchers membership for me?

Based on your insurance coverage, you may be eligible to sign up at no extra cost.

How do I enroll?

You must enroll through this specific page to confirm eligibility for the offer.  Click Join Now to set up your account.  Note: You will be asked to enter your UHC member ID information during enrollment.   Once you're signed up, complete your profile and you will be ready to get started!

Where can I find my Unique ID to sign up?

Your unique ID for enrollment is your Group ID and Member ID found on your UHC insurance card.

How do I manage my communication preferences?

You can easily set up or change your communication preferences anytime! In the WeightWatchers app, tap the account icon (top left corner) and then select notification settings. From there, you can toggle your preferences on or off.  To receive push notifications, ensure they are enabled in your phone settings.

I’m already a member of WeightWatchers and paying on my own. How can I get it covered?

If you are currently paying for a WW membership on your own, you can transfer your account to be covered by UHC by calling 866-204-2885.
