Food and activity dashboard
Your dashboard is your home base for tracking food and activity. Toggle between Food and Activity using the split-screen at the top.
From your dashboard, type the name of your food in the search bar. Select the food you want to track from the list. Select a meal time and serve, then tap “Track Food”. Your daily SmartPoints and weeklies will automatically update.
For easy tracking you can also use any of the following features under your search bar:
- Barcode Scanner: Simply scan any product's barcode.
- Quick Add: Enter the SmartPoints value if you already know it (i.e from a WW cookbook).
- Calculator: Enter the nutritional information from the back of a packaged product.
- My Foods: Find any food, recipe or meal you have created.
- Favourites: Find any saved food or recipe you have starred.
Track your sleep
You can track your sleep right in the WW app, just like you track food and activity! And after you track, you'll get a science-backed technique to help you get a little more shut-eye.
Track your water
Easily track how much water you're drinking straight in the My Day dashboard.
5,000+ recipes and meals
Browse 5,000+ recipes by typing a keyword into search or by tapping on a category.
To create recipes from scratch, tap the search bar from your dashboard, then scroll along the top to 'My Foods'.
We’ve partnered with FitOn and Aaptiv, to bring the guidance and encouragement of a personal trainer into the WW app! Choose workouts based on your level, what you enjoy, and how much time you have.
5-Minute Coaching and Headspace meditations
