Toasted muesli with fruit & yoghurt
dry rolled oats
linseed or flaxseed
½ cup(s), (125ml)
99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
Combine 35g traditional rolled oats, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1tbs chopped walnuts and ½ tsp honey. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in oven preheated to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced until golden. Add 1 tsp each of pepitas and linseeds. Cool. Serve with ½ cup skim milk, 2 tbs no-fat Greek-style yoghurt and a serve of fresh fruit.
