Grill 100g lean sirloin steak (fat trimmed). Set aside to rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice. Combine 2 tbs reduced-fat coconut milk, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce and 1 tsp tamari in a bowl. Combine 60g coleslaw salad mix, 1 small Lebanese cucumber (sliced) and sliced steak in a bowl. Drizzle with coconut milk mixture and serve with ½ cup steamed basmati rice.
