2 medium, , chopped or half punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

reduced-fat ricotta cheese

fresh basil

Black olives, drained

Notes

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and keep warm. Heat a grill on high. Spray tomato halves with oil and grill for 3 minutes or until soft. Toss into a bowl along with pasta, ricotta, basil and olives. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
