Notes

Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high. Marinate a 130g skinless salmon fillet in 1 tsp soy sauce. Grill until cooked through. Make Asian slaw by combining 1 radish (thinly sliced), ¼ carrot (grated), ¼ cup red and green cabbage (shredded), 1 green shallot (thinly sliced), 2 tbs fresh coriander (chopped) and ¼ cup bamboo shoots. Drizzle over 1 tsp fish sauce and fresh lime juice. Serve with soba noodles (40g dry), made following packet instructions.
