Notes

Heat together 2 cups salt-reduced chicken stock, 80g diced skinless, roast chicken, 100g udon noodles, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbs soy sauce, 3 halved baby corn, 1 halved baby bok choy and 3 quartered mushrooms. Bring to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Top with 1 chopped green shallots.
