Our No Count option is a simple approach to weight loss. Just choose from a huge variety of delicious foods on the ‘Filling and Healthy’ list, and you won’t have to measure, weigh or count them.
By following the No Count option, you’ll learn to listen to your hunger and fullness signals to guide you towards the right portion sizes.
Just like our SmartPoints Plan, you can still enjoy treats or foods not on the list, as we know that a flexible weight loss approach is the key to long-term results.
The SmartPoints plan
We’re the experts at taking the complex nutritional information of a food and translating it into an easy to understand number. We call this a food’s SmartPoints value. On our SmartPoints plan, we’ll give you a personalised budget to stick to for weight loss.
You’ll learn how to make the best choices for weight loss while still having control over what you eat (there’s plenty of room for treats too!).
