WW Live events are weekly experiences exclusive to WW members. From cooking classes, hosted walks and tutorials on how to become a bonadfide program and app expert, you won't want to miss our virtual events! We'll inspire, motivate and support you on your weight-loss journey from your home.

Looking for something healthy and delicious right now? 

WW 'Cooking @ Home' presents WW Ambassadors and Coaches cooking live as if they are with you, right from their kitchens into yours. We'll share new and recipes and easy cooking hacks.

You’ll be able to connect with the WW community and interact with Ambassadors and Coaches throughout the event.

NEXT EVENT! Join WW Ambassador Ingrid for Happy Hour this Friday 3rd September at 6:30 pm (AEST). She’ll take you through a low SmartPoints cocktail and mocktail and some healthy snack ideas.

Live walking sessions

Lace up your runners, put your headphones in and get walking with fellow members and our WW Coaches!

Be inspired to move more with the support of the WW community. Exclusive to WW members, 'Walk with WW' is a fun and social way to get moving. Join our friendly Coaches for a walk and chat over zoom so you can feel inspired and motivated to achieve your goals. What’s even better? You can join from anywhere! Walk around your block, in the local park, on a treadmill or in your living room - it’s entirely up to you!

When: These sessions are run on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Head to your WW app to find a time slot that suits you and book your spot.

Live kickstart sessions

Find out everything you need to know to get started with the WW program and the WW app! This exclusive series for all new WW members is led by our expert Coaches and is included in your membership to help kickstart your success right from the start.

Get motivated and feel supported as we guide you through our live sessions. Ask questions and learn how to achieve your goals!
