Oozing melted chocolate and marshmallow, this American-style campfire treat is quick, simple and seriously scrummy!


Ingredients
Biscuits, chocolate chip, reduced-fat
8 individual
Marshmallow
6 piece(s), halved horizontally
Dark chocolate
4 square(s), (4x7g squares)
Fresh raspberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Place half the biscuits, top-side down, on a work bench. Place 3 marshmallow halves, cut-side up, on each biscuit. Top each with a square of chocolate. Sandwich with remaining biscuits.

Wrap each biscuit stack in foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes. Carefully unwrap and discard foil. Serve with raspberries.
