Skim milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Vanilla bean paste
¼ tsp
Quick oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
Fresh berries
¼ cup(s), (40g) mixed variety
Instructions

Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla and oats in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with berries.
