The key to this perfectly simple burger is keeping the thick-ness of the patties even (to avoid uneven cooking). In addition to traditional toppings like lettuce and tomato, try avocado or caramelised onions. If you like, toast the buns alongside the burgers.


Ingredients
Extra lean beef mince, raw
500 g
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs
Minced garlic
2 tsp
Multigrain bread roll
4 medium
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Combine mince, Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into four 2.5 cm-thick patties.

Heat a large non-stick grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side, until patties are cooked through.

Serve burgers on rolls with your favourite toppings like lettuce, tomato slices and red onion.
