All the flavours you know and love from a cheeseburger, rolled up into a tasty wrap!


Ingredients
Canola oil
1 tsp
Extra lean beef mince, raw
300 g
Red onion
2 medium, finely chopped
Dried oregano
3 tsp
White wrap
4 large, (4 x 70g)
Mustard
¼ cup(s)
Tomato sauce (ketchup)
¼ cup(s)
Iceberg lettuce
¼ head(s), medium, roughly chopped
Tomato(es)
2 large, finely chopped
Pickled cucumber, drained
4 individual, finely chopped
Light tasty cheese

Instructions

Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Cook beef, onions and oregano with a pinch of salt for 5-7 minutes, until beef is cooked through.

Meanwhile, spread wraps with mustard and tomato sauce. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, beef and cheese. Roll up the wraps and cut in half. Serve.
