Skim milk

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
¼ cup(s)
Wheat flakes
½ cup(s), (20g)
Ground cinnamon

Instructions

Blend banana, milk, yoghurt, 20g cereal flakes and a pinch of ground cinnamon until smooth.
