Sometimes simple is best! This is easy, affordable and delicious staple can be enjoyed with a drizzle of honey, for a warm start to your morning. You can vary things up adding your own toppings like apple and hazelnuts or banana and cacao nibs.

Rolled oats, dry
⅔ cup(s), (60g)
Skim milk
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
Instructions

Combine oats, milk and ⅔ cup (160ml) water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy. Serve.
