WW member Anna Van Dyken's bliss balls are perfect for when you want a portable sweet snack that's homemade and healthy.


Ingredients
Hazelnut meal
1½ cup(s), (150g)
Fresh dates
12 individual, pitted
Cocoa powder
1½ tbs
Chocolate hazelnut spread
65 g
Maple syrup
1½ tbs
Shredded or desiccated coconut
2½ tbs
Instructions

Process hazelnut meal, dates, cocoa, hazelnut spread, ½ teaspoon salt and maple syrup in a food processor until mixture forms a thick paste.

Place coconut on a plate. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 25 balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
