With just eggs, ripe bananas, and a touch of baking powder, these cakes are light, fluffy, and satisfyingly sweet without any added Points. Perfect for a quick snack or a wholesome dessert!

Banana(s)
260 g, (2 x large bananes), mashed
Baking powder
1 tsp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl or jug.

Place 8 silicone tart moulds onto a baking tray. Divide mixture evenly among moulds. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cakes are golden and a skewer inserted into centres comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutes before gently turning out. Serve warm.
