Notes

Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a saucepan. Cook ¼ brown onion (chopped), 75g eggplant (chopped) and 100g canned diced tomatoes in pan until tender. Preheat a chargrill. Lightly spray 125g lean sirloin steak with oil and cook to your liking. Serve steak with eggplant relish, 2 (80g) roasted baby (chat) potatoes and steamed asparagus.
