Notes

Boil, steam or microwave 200g potatoes (cut into 5cm pieces) until just tender. Drain. Mash with 1 tbs skim milk. Meanwhile, grill 2 x 58g gluten-free lean beef sausages until cooked through. Heat 1 tbs beef stock and 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce in a pan. Drizzle sausages and mash with sauce and serve with steamed broccolini.
