Notes

Preheat a grill to high. Spray the salmon and asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until fish is cooked to your liking, and asparagus is lightly charred and tender. Set aside. Combine potato, shallots, broad beans and rocket in a bowl. Flake salmon and cut asparagus into 5cm lengths. Add to salad along with dressing. Toss to combine and serve.
