Cook ¼ cup (50g) quinoa following packet instructions. Combine quinoa, ½ cup (120g) 99% fat-free plain yoghurt and ½ green apple (grated) in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes. Serve topped with 30g blueberries and 2 tsp pepitas.
