Pear, pecan and coconut porridge
dry rolled oats
shredded or desiccated coconut
1 tbs, or shredded
Cook 1/3 cup oats with 1 cup skim milk, ½ diced pear, 5 chopped pecans and 1 tbs shredded coconut. Serve with remaining ½ diced pear and drizzle with 1 tsp maple syrup.
