Mango, passionfruit and lychee salad
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
Place 1 small mango (peeled, diced), 6 lychees (peeled, halved) and ¼ cup fresh mint leaves in a bowl. Remove the pulp from 1 passionfruit and stir into salad. Serve with 150g no-fat artificially sweetened vanilla yoghurt.
