Lemon & garlic steamed asparagus
fresh lemon rind
½ tsp, (finely grated)
Boil or steam ½ bunch asparagus until tender. Drain. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add ½ garlic clove (crushed) and ½ tsp lemon rind (finely grated) and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add asparagus and toss gently to combine. Serve.
