Cranberry & almond bircher muesli
dry rolled oats
sweetened, plain, low-fat yoghurt
apple juice no added sugar
1 small, grated
ground LSA seed mix (linseed, sunflower, almond)
Mix together in a bowl, rolled oats, low-fat natural yogurt, apple juice, chopped almonds and dried cranberries. Soak overnight in fridge. To serve, stir in grated apple and sprinkle with LSA.
