Char-grilled lamb cutlets with coriander mash

Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with the milk, coriander, salt and pepper. Heat a grill or frying pan. Rub the seasoning over the cutlets and spray the lamb and zucchini with oil. On the pan cook the lamb for 2 minutes per side (or until cooked to your liking). Add the zucchini and grill until golden. Serve lamb on mash with zucchini.
