Notes

Wilt 75g baby spinach with 1 tbs water in a medium frying pan over high heat. Drain and keep warm. In same pan, cook 100g button mushrooms (sliced) with 1 tbs water until golden. Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Pan-fry 2 slices Hans 98% Fat-Free Shortcut Bacon (fat trimmed) and 1 roma tomato (halved) in same cleaned pan until bacon is crisp and tomato has softened. Transfer to plate and keep warm. Fry 1 egg (no oil) until cooked to your liking. Serve mushrooms, bacon, tomato, egg and spinach with 1 (35g) slice high-fibre wholemeal bread (toasted).
