Tracking tip: Search for a specific restaurant’s menu item first; if it’s not in the database, track a similar dish from a different restaurant.

Points-saving hacks

  1. When choosing your entrée’s protein, go with ZeroPoint® fresh tofu (just make sure it’s not fried), prawns, or chicken (if it’s skinless breast meat).

  2. In the mood for fish? Ask which dishes are grilled or steamed instead of fried. And go for broth- or citrus-based sauces instead of sweet.

  3. Pump up a 1-cup serving of any noodle or rice dish by mixing in extra bean sprouts (bonus: they add a nice crunch) or steamed veggies.

  4. If you want curry, go red or green; massaman curry is higher in Points.

  5. Spicy Thai salads are satisfying and low in Points. Don’t love the heat? Ask for it mild—and for extra of the fresh veg that comes with it.
