My PointsPlus Allowance did not reset

If your weekly PointsPlus® Allowance did not reset on your weight-tracking day it is possible that you have entered weights sporadically or there is a gap of more then a week between weight entries.

Resetting your weight-tracking day usually corrects this.
  • Click “Account Settings” located at the top right hand corner of the site
  • Click “Weight Tracking Details” in the My plan box
  • Select your weight-tracking day from the drop-down menu even if your weight-tracking day is already selected and click “submit.”
  • Confirm your details and click “Save.”
You can also reset your weight-tracking day in the Plan Manager, under Settings/Weight & Goals/Weight-tracking day.
