Solid receipe, and pretty taste dish. Before making it I read that some people thought it lacked flavor, so I added onion, garlic, and ginger powder to the chicken before cooking, and a dash of sesame seed oil with the soy sauce, which helped. I also added diced onion and radish with the celery, and bok choy towards the end. I did not end up using cornstarch to thicken, although I did let it reduce more. I liked having the extra liquid to soak into the rice. My husband and toddler both loved it!
