When trying a new recipe I always make it "by the book" first. I agree with the others It is: 1. time consuming but worth it and 2. the dressing is bland. I added more vinegar, used SF marmalade, added ginger and some wasabi. BINGO! A perfect salad with a nicely balanced combination of sweet and hot. Would be perfect with a rare tuna, on turkey burgers or with grilled shrimp. Add some mandarin oranges and grilled chicken! This is going into the favorites.
