I've made this twice. Used egg substitute and low fat kefir mixed with nf milk. The kefir works to make the crumbs stick better. Also purchased a box of ready-made corn flake crumbs that made this process so much easier. They were in the baking aisle of my grocery store. Needed to use a lot more seasoning than the recipe called for. I used onion and garlic powders, cajun creole seasoning, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. It takes some patience to get the onions to hold the mixture.
