very tasty! If you double or triple just make sure you have a big eneough crock pot. Also doesn't need as much crushed tomatoes as called for.
Made this for a Monday after work dinner and it was delicious. I used beef broth instead of the wine and should have added a pinch more salt but very good. Served over white rice and the family like it too.
There is an error in the points calculation of this recipe. each serving is only 4 points! One pound of raw, skinless, boneless chicken thighs is only 13 points, not 26!
Pretty yummy! I served it over rice. 8 hours, even on low, seems a bit long though.
