I cut largish chicken breasts in half (butterflied) and followed the recipe from there. Surprised how flavorful and moist the chicken breasts turned out! Easy and tasty.

Very Easy! I used thin chicken breasts so baking time is less.
Thought that the chicken would have been bland, brecipe turned out delicious. I did not use the extra lemons and I also used lemon and black pepper seasonings instead of plain black pepper. Going to try this next with fish and see how it goes.
