This basic recipe is very good. As others have said, 30 minutes at 400 degrees makes for a slightly dry chicken breast. Served it with mashed rutabagas, broccoli, and gluten free mushroom gravy. Delicious!
My family loved it. Just before taking it out of the oven I added a small amount of Panko bread crumbs to give it a little crunch.
This is a staple in our house and I make it at least once a week. We add / alter the spices a bit - the chicken broth keeps the chicken so moist it's perfect!
