Made this, loved it! I used London broil and added some frozen okra at the end to up the veggie content- aside from that I kept the recipe as-is (which is a rarity for me). Could probably use some red pepper flakes and a bay leaf, for those who like lots of flavor, but I enjoyed it as it was too. The great thing about this recipe is you could add stuff at the end to up the spice content. All in all, a simple and filling staple. This will join by regular rotation.
