Ingredients

1 spray(s) cooking spray   
3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour   
2/3 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa   
1/2 tsp baking soda   
4 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine   
3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar   
1 tsp vanilla extract   
3 large egg white(s)   
1/4 cup(s) dried cranberries   
1/4 cup(s) Tropical Nut & Fruit Glazed Diced Orange Peel, or similar product   
2 Tbsp chopped almonds, toasted   
1 cup(s) Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows, or similar brand   
1/4 cup(s) white chocolate chips, finely chopped   
1/4 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped   

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8 X 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

  • Whisk together flour, cocoa and baking soda.

  • Using electric mixer, cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in vanilla and egg whites, one at a time. Blend in dry ingredients until smooth.

  • Stir in cranberries, orange peel, almonds, white and dark chocolate and marshmallows.

  • Spread batter in prepared baking pan.

  • Bake until firm in center, about 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 24 bars.
