Ingredients

1 cup(s) green snap beans, fresh, chopped into bite-sized pieces
|
|
1/2 cup(s) canned lima beans, rinsed and drained
|
|
1/2 cup(s) canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
|
|
1 cup(s) green peas, fresh or frozen and thawed
|
|
1/2 medium red onion(s), minced
|
|
|
1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
|
|
|
1/2 tsp olive oil
|
|
|
1/2 tsp dry mustard
|
|
|
1/2 tsp dried oregano
|
|
|
1/2 tsp dried basil
|
|
|
1/4 tsp table salt
|
Instructions
- Mix beans, peas and onion together in a medium bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients together in a cup and toss with bean mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Yields about 3/4 heaping cup per serving.
