Loved it! Very much like Panera's black bean soup, but better. I took others' advise and only blended one can of beans and used my immersion blender instead of a regular blender. I added the broth separately instead of blending with the beans. I also added a chopped jalapeno pepper with the onion to add spice, keeping about 1/3 of it out of the blender to add more chuncks to the soup. Then my husband bought a loaf of the Panera french bread and I ate a serving along with this soup.
