So easy and delicious! I added a little red pepper and onion (I didn't have scallions). I also pre-cooked the peppers and onions a little. And used 1/4 cup of regular shredded cheddar. I was surprised at how delicious it was! Will definitely make this again and again.
yummy just added more vegetables and used Parmesan cheese instead. cut up some tomatoes for after it is cooked. super easy.
Yum! I divided the cheese and mixed half in the egg mixture and also added some diced sweet red pepper. It was SOOO good!
My husband & I like to have this for Breakfast. It is very easy to make, and very tasty. It only uses a few ingredients, so that's a plus. It is figure friendly also, only 3 Points per serving. We will be making this quite often.
