This recipe was very easy to make. I did use reduced calorie pre-shredded cheese. The frittata was tasty and filling.
I love this frittata! It has ingredients I normally have in my fridge, and I can make it up in about 5 minutes. It warms up well, and keeps well in the fridge.
It's a winner. Even the hubby liked it. Next time I'll use ham also. Yummy!
