Great and easy recipe. I added mushrooms and topped with a tablespon of light sour cream and salsa. Love it!
Lightened it by using 6 egg whites and two eggs instead and 2% cheese for a better, fuller flavor.

I didn't have enough eggs so I cut out the egg white and used 4 tsp of water and a tiny bit of skim milk. This turned out amazing! Delish! I will totally fix this again.
