Nice light meal, worked really well in a cast iron skillet
Tried this recipe this morning, needed a little more spice, otherwise was very good. Can be eaten with a salad for brunch or lunch.
Delicious! We substituted shallots for the scallions because that is what we had on hand, cayenne pepper for black pepper and added smoked paprika. We will be having this fritata often!
This is incredibly easy and simple to make! The perfect amount of protein to get your day started. I left out the scallions, but added some sweet red pepper.
