I have to say, I am a true blooded Lithuanian who was raised on stuffed cabbage, and this recipe is OUTSTANDING. The only things I did differently was freeze the head of cabbage, and thaw it the day I was making the rolls - it makes the leaves pliable; and avoids the cabbage smell in your house! I also doubled the recipe since most ground turkey packages come in packages of about 20 - 24 oz, but I dont think the egg needs to be doubled. Great recipe!!!
