Excellent!!!! Can't tell there is cauliflower in this dish. I used a hand mixer on high speed to smooth out chunks. I didn't add the garlic cloves, instead added a dash of garlic powder in the last step. I used frozen cauliflower, and Idaho potatoes instead of Yukon. I used 1 Tbsp light salted butter instead of the regular, fat free milk instead of low fat, and added 1 Tbsp fat free sour cream. All these changes still added up to 3 points per serving.
These are very good, will make these again.
