I made this for Thanksgiving dessert. I served it with some whipped cream on top and it tasted so delicious. Love the low PPVs.
This was eaten before the pies I made for everyone else. What is a better way to say 16 tbsp. of cream cheese? It takes way too long to measure. Is this 1/2 cup, 8 oz., etc.?
@ longlivea$ap (april), maybe you can try some parchment paper too, along with spraying the pan. I usually do that when I bake to help with sticking.
Great recipe, my bf who is a human garbage disposal had no idea it was a weight watchers recipe! Only one problem even though I sprayed the pan, my crust still stuck to the pan- any suggestion?
