We enjoyed this recipe. Its more of a snack or side dish than a meal. It does have lots of flavor and is very easy to make. Some folks had a hard time with the squash. Here's a trick, wash the squash, keep it whole, stab it all around with a knife then microwave it for 2-3 mins per pound. Let it sit 5 mins. Then it will be very easy to handle. You'll cut the top off with ease. Slice it in half and get the seeds out. Then procede with the rest of the recipe instructions for this dish, enjoy!
