I used some tips from other reviews to turn this into a more hearty meal: I used 14oz of Jennie O lean turkey kielbasa and 2.5 pounds of spaghetti squash. The points per serving was 7. It was filling and delicious!
turned out great. to add a little spice i added some old bay seasoning
It is an easy recipe and very tasty!
I added one chopped medium tomato, 1/4 c frozen green beans and turmeric. Made it a delicious meal that I want to have again.
