I made this having never used or even seen spaghetti squash before. The hardest part was cutting the squash open (hint: it helps if the squash falls on the floor). I used Cajun spiced chicken sausage instead of Kielbasa. It was garlicy and so good. I also use that fresh, diced garlic in a jar instead of cutting up dry garlic cloves. I used about half a tablespoon of garlic. I highly recommend this recipe.
