Love, love, love these, and have been making them for years! My husband and I don't want to over-eat them, so I just fix 8 of them at a time. The wonton skins keep nicely, and don't hang around that long, because there are lots of different recipes for them, mostly yummy! I use about 1/3 of the banana and freeze the rest, peeled, for a smoothie. I usually have larger chips, so I count them out and put them in separately from the banana. Two or three chips each does fine.
